He wanted to pair vanilla dough with birthday cake ice cream filling with some banana slices & hot fudge. However, there was none to be found.

Ah-ha moment!

After looking all over to satisfy his sweet tooth, he came up with the brilliant idea to start his
own business, creating Mochi Mochi!
